PropTech Smart Contract

Investors are particularly interested in three key factors: the security of the investment, the potential income it can generate, and how the capital will be returned.

PropTech Smart has launched three Smart Contracts; Education Wallet, Rental Income Wallet, and Maturity Wallet smart contracts. These contracts are designed to work together as a system that manages investment security, rental income distribution, and capital return.

Investment Security

The Education Wallet smart contract locks PTEK amount used to purchase education packs for three years, automatically unlocking them to the user wallet after this period. PropTech Social invests its funds in real estate.

Rental Income

The Rental Income Wallet smart contract is responsible for weekly rental income payments to the user wallet, with rates of 0.25%, 0.26%, and 0.27% per week in years 1, 2, and 3 respectively. 40.56% rental income is paid over 3 years period.

Return of Capital

The Maturity Wallet smart contract ensures that the user receives at least the initial investment's $ value. At the end of the three-year period if the PTEK price falls below the price at which the Education Wallet smart contract was originally created then the Maturity Wallet smart contract sends additional PTEK to the user wallet to ensure the return of capital. You will either receive your original PTEK or capital $ value.
